Jan is a full-time real estate broker, first licensed in 1985. In his role as President of Coccia Realty, he leads a successful real estate brokerage with 3 offices and 130 agents in Northern New Jersey. His office ranks in the top 3% in sales of all offices in the NJMLS. Jan has been a consistent winner of the NJ Realtor Association Circle of Excellence Award Gold & Platinum levels, as well as a multi-year recipient of the BHGRE National Emerald Elite Award.  Jan has positioned himself by hiring top-notch managers and support staff, which allows him to be personally active in the real estate market. He is considered an expert in real estate valuation and a superb negotiator.  He has a passion for real estate sales and is committed to his clients and agents. He "grew up" and lived in Harrison, Kearny, North Arlington, Jersey City & Lyndhurst.  He presently resides in North Caldwell with his wife, Justyna, and their 3 children. He is an avid skier, speaks fluent Polish, and has rudimentary Spanish.
