Jan is a full time real estate broker, first licensed in 1985. In his role as President of Coccia Realty he leads a successful real estate brokerage with 3 offices and 130 agents in Northern New Jersey. His office ranks in the top 3% in sales of all offices in the NJMLS.  Jan has positioned himself by hiring top notch managers and support staff  which allows him to be personally active in the real estate market. He is considered an expert in real estate valuation and superb negotiator.  He has a passion for real estate sales and is committed to his clients and agents.  He resides in North Caldwell with his wife Justyna and their 3 children, he is an avid skier, speaks fluent Polish and rudimentary Spanish.
